you need the large ide hard drive update install disks. there were no 40 gig drives when warp 3 was issued.

What file did you update for the IDE support?
What video driver does the TP use?

You might try

There is a readme that describes which files you can safely remove to make additional room on the Warp installation diskettes.

This product is supported by the manufacturer or a third party.

For Technical Assistance, refer to the following sources:

1.Any README documentation contained within the driver.
2.The technical reference material shipped with your device / system from the Manufacturer,
3.Notes that may be available within this page.
To Create Additional Space on Installation Diskette #1

1.Make a backup copy of your Diskette 1 (D1).
2.Delete the old versions of the drivers from D1. If there is enough room on D1, copy the new versions of the drivers onto your D1 diskette.
3.If there is not enough room on D1, delete CDINST.EXE, which should free about 16K. If more space is required, delete one or two
XXXXXXXX.ADD's from D1 that are not required for installation. You must also delete the corresponding CONFIG.SYS statement or OS/2
Install will not complete.
4.Note: The following files must NOT be deleted from D1:
CLOCK01.SYS
CLOCK02.SYS
IBM1S506.ADD
IBM1FLPY.ADD
IBM2FLPY.ADD
IBM2ADSK.ADD
IBM2SCSI.ADD
IBMINT13.I13
IBMKBD.SYS
KBDBASE.SYS
OS2LOGO
OS2DASD.DMD
RESERVE.SYS
RESOURCE.SYS
SCREEN01.SYS
SCREEN02.SYS
XDFLOPPY.FLT
For example, you may remove the AIC7770.ADD or AIC7870.ADD device driver from D1. Choose the one for which you do not have an
adapter in your system. This will free up an additional 40,000 bytes each. Edit the CONFIG.SYS on D1 to remove the corresponding
statement in the CONFIG.SYS file by adding "rem" before the statement.
5.Edit the CONFIG.SYS file on D1 and:
a.Add SET COPYFROMFLOPPY=1
b.Save the changes.
6.Start the installation with the Installation Diskette.
7.When you are prompted for Diskette 1, use the diskette you modified.
8.Proceed with the installation.
9.If during the installation process or when restarting your system you lose connection to your hard disk or CD-ROM, make sure that the
device driver statement is in the CONFIG.SYS file and the new versions of the device drivers with the has been copied to the \OS2\BOOT\
directory. Use the date of the file to distinguish the newer versions.
