I currently have a large OS2 warp server domain. NT4 server is ever growing. We currently use the IBM logon client for windows 95 v4.1. Is there a good way to allow users to logon to both NT4 and OS2 domains, that don't require complex password synchronisation?

Have you looked at Warp Server for eBusiness yet?

The latest release of Warp Server allows you to integrate Windows NT Servers (configured as Standalone or Member servers) into a Warp Server Domain. The best bit is if you have a Domain that has many servers you only need to upgrade the Primary Domain Controller to enable this.

If you don't mind having to sync passwords have a look at http://www.lanicu.com they have some great looking utilities for LAN Server and Windows NT Server
