Hi everybody! Do you guys know where can i find a comprensive hardware compatibility list for this os, i'd like to install it side by side with windows 98 and linux in this configuration:

IDE Disk 1: 60GB Win98 (primary FAT32)
IDE Disk 1: 20 GB Mandrake 10 (secondary)
IDE Disk 2: 2.1 GB OS/2 (primary HPFS)

what os should i install first to use lilo (or PQ Boot or other) to choose the boot configuration? NOTE: i don't want os/2 or win98 to be aware of the other os. thanks!

Windows is usually the poorest installer & least cooperative. It tends to blow away anything else it finds (or at "least" makes it unbootable). So install it first. Madrake second. And lastly OS/2, mainly to ensure that OS/2 sees the proper partition letter for its new home. I'm not really sure it matters, since OS/2 won't recognize the FAT32 partition. I can't veryify that OS/2 2.1 allows installation in a non-primary partition. Windows will not recognize HPFS. I have no idea what type of partition Mandrake is in & whethre it would be recognized by Win or OS/2 (or vice versa). Good luck.

BTW, I use Acronis OS loader & keep everything on a single drive. I have OS/2 V 4 in one primary & Win XP in a second primary. I have a spare primary, which I use as a sandbox & put different flavors of DOS, OS2, Win, etc. in it temporarily. The nice thing is that Acronis will hide / unhide the partitions as part of the boot sequence, so no other OS know about anything I don't want it to. Plus, Acronis will change extended to extended-x, FAT to FAT-B, etc. as part of the boot sequence.
