I am installing OS/2 Warp 3.0 in my PC (NEC). When I insert the second disk(disk 1), 30s passed, PC shut down!!!
Could you pls help me to solve it?

may your second disk is damage, try to get again this disk. Maybe you can find a solution in www.os2bbs.com

I used to haveto turn off the internal cache memory on my old Cyrix 100 computer. IBM told me this over the phone. It worked like a charm. After the installation, just turn it back on. You can do this in the BIOS, by the way.
