How do I install IBM OS2 Warp version 3 on hard drive that already has Windows 95 operating system already installed and running smoothly?

You'll need to install the boot manager, I found the instructions that come with OS/2 helpful. If you'd like, I could type them and send them to you.
However, OS/2 requires the old FAT system, not FAT32 that comes with Windows 95 SR2.
Also, having done this, somewhat successfully, I have this word of caution. OS/2 long filenames and Windows VFAT walk ALL OVER EACH OTHER. Eventually, one or both systems will trash each other, and one or both will quit operating, and you will have to reformat your harddisk and start over.
Most of this file system trashing occurs while deleting files that have been accessed by both Operating Systems.
Bleep Bleep whirr.
