Hello.
I Have a OS2 Ver.2.1.
But, Diskette 1 was failed.

If insert #1 Diskette(for install), occurs error message.

'The system detected an internal processing error at location ##0160:fff95e27-000d:00040e27, 60004, 4038.

How can I solve this problem?

Or If someone has OD2 Ver.2.1, would you send me disk#1 by e-mail?

Try turning off the external and maybe internal caching in the BIOS.

If it installs ok just turn the caches back on.
