I am running OS/2 Version 3.0 FP 36 I am sending print jobs from a dos based application to a printer. When I send small jobs to the printer it prints fine, but when sending larger jobs, the printer will timeout for about 2 minutes. The manufacturer has stated that the same problem was fixed by Microsoft for NT. Has anyone heard of this problem or a fix?

there are also printer fixpaks available, printer or spooler issues are not fixed by the fp for the base operating system. check their webpage ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/printpak/ for updates.
