Here's the deal: I live to test OS'es and have heard that OS/2 is sweet, so I want to try it out. However, I don't want to buy it unless I really like it, so I want to find a place to download it (either version 3 or 4, though I'd really rather have 4). I have bought every other OS i liked, including Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP Pro (notice the abscence of ME :)), Linux-Mandrake 7.0, Turbolinux 6.0, and I think you get the point. Anyway, can somebody point me in the direction of a (preferably) GetRight compatible server? Thanks in advance.

OS/2 is not just some operating system. It's a very good, stable and performance-oriented OS, that wants to be paid for. However, if you want to test it, see www.ebay.com or so, because you won't find it for free download on the Net. I would like to recommend you to use Warp 4, because - that's what I think - Warp 3 is outdated...

Spend some dough ya cheapskate!!!!!!
Yeah and id like a Porsch Dealership to let me try a Porsch Carrera 911 for a while like 6 months to see if i like it too, before i buy it, think thats gonna happen?
TiredOfHearingIt

There's been talk of a demo version of eCS (which is basically OS/2 4.5) in the making. Hop over to www.ecomstation.com and inquire how long it's gonna take.

I got copies of version 3 & 4 for free, I just had to find the right places and the right people, it is available, I would definitly go with 4 though, it is more robust and scalable
