I have OS/2 Warp Connect 3.0, i installed tcp/ip & i have both Win NT & OS/2 in the same network. I can able to ping by using IP address from both the OS/2 & Win NT. Also i can able to get access the OS/2 PC from my Win NT PC by adding a Host entry in the Win NT Host file. But i can't able to ping the Win NT PC by using the host name from tje OS/2 PC, I tried to add the entries in the OS/2 host file, but it's still not ping by using the Host file, also i can't use the net view & net use command. Please help me solve the problem.

tell something more about your system and OS/2 release. In with directory did you edit the host file? Is it poss. to set a name for your PC an ping for that name?
