Did you update your boot disks with the new IDE drivers? I already saw it when using the old version of FDisk and IBM1S506.ADD.

When I wanted to use OS/2 on my new PC, I would like to use BootMagic from PowerQuest. I didn't install the bootmanager. Well, I also got the problems you describe above.

First I thought my 8.5 GB HD was the problem, but after a few hours of trouble shooting I found out you have to install the IBM bootmanager before you can set drives installable etc...

However, like the other replyer sad, if you're hard disk is bigger than 4.3 GB, you have to download the new drivers.
