OS/2 ECS + PCMCIA Dlink?

Is it possibe to get a DLINK DFE-670TXD PCMCIA card working under OS/2 ECS? I have a Thinkpad I Seris 1400 (2621) which was hard enough to configure to get the operating sdystem installed. I tried to install a friend's copy of OS/2 4.51, but it failed during bootup. Anyhow, We have a copy of OS/2 ECS here at school not in use so I asked to use it and got permission ... so is it possible to get it running? I tried auto detecting it, but unforunately it's not working at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I haven't used OS/2 since 1994 so I'm very rusty on the jargon and ways to implement stufff...
