I log onto a OS2 server via an IBM Client in Windows 95 and 98 and print through the OS2 print server. I have now setup an NT Print Server...I can see the NT print server through the Network Neighbourhood icon but when I try to access the printer on the server it asks me for the password for "\\ntprint\ipc$" suggestions please..

Since your clients log onto an OS2 server, they have no credentials whatsoever on the NT-box. There are several options:
1) use an OS2 print server ;-)
2) create a user account on the NT print server for every user with the same password as on the OS2 server
3) log on to the NT server instead of the OS2 server. this too will require "synchronized" user accounts

Options 2) and 3) will need your permanent attention to keep the user accounts synchronized in both environments.
Depending on the number of user accounts and the frequency of change (new password, new users etc), this may be a frustrating experience for you and your users.
