Hi, I got myself a copy of OS/2 2.1 and made the install disks but when I try to install I get this message:
"The system cannot find the file "A:\COUNTRY.SYS". This device driver, program, or data file is not located in the default path or the path specified for it in the CONFIG.SYS file. Install this file in the correct directory, or correct appropriate CONFIG.SYS file statement.
The system is stopped
Correct the preceding error and restart the system."

What I did was try to put device=\country.sys in the config.sys but it didn't work, also tried to put a:\ on the path, dpath and libpath, but didn't work also.
Has anyone been through something like this and can help me out?

Check if country.sys is installed on your floppy disk.
adding to path, dpath and libpath won't help. These are only searched for programs and libraries.

-Copy country.sys to your C:\
-Change the path in config.sys on your floppy to C:\country.sys

I've the same Problem . I've copied the
country.sys from the OS/2 Disk 1 to drive C:
and I added to the Path C:\ but this don't
help I've the same Problem. Maybe OS/2 V2.1
can't read my FAT 32 Partition .
Please Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
