OS/2 2.1 update to Warp 3 problems

For a particular reason (don't ask) I need to reinstall OS/2 Warp 3 (update from 2.1) on a new machine (Swedish versions). The new machine is a Pentium 166, will this pose any problems?
Also, because of the company moving and software being spread over the whole building, I cannot find the original disks for 2.1, which I need to install version 3 from the floppies I've got. Is there a way to get round this problem? Are old (Swedish versions) 2.1 disks obtainable from IBM still, or from somewhere else?

why do you need 2.1 disks? if both versions are swedish the warp 3 disks are full install even in update versions. you should be able to do a complete install. if you have your programs on separate partition, it will be better to format boot partition, do install with warp 3 the run the "add programs" in os/2 system folder.
