I try to install OS/2 2.1 on a virtual pc and it does OS/2 2.1 disks 1 disks 1-5 correctly. It asks for the install disk and I capture it but it throws up an error message. The message:
Check the label on your disk. The label is meant to say 'INSTALLATION DISK' I've tried everything I can. Please help!

The Install disk is the very first one that you inserted in drive A to start the setup from the beginning. The OS/2 does go back to the first diskettes to copy system files to the hard drive. It does the same with Warp 3.0.Good luck.

Virtual PC didnot suppot 2M disk format.so you only can make the boot disk but the install disk. so if you want to run OS/2 on Virtual PC try boot with floppy and install from CD.so try version4 or later.
