Actually the OCE DAC used a modified licensed version of OS/2 Warp4, I do not know if a standard OS/2 W4 will install, but IBM/Serenity Systems still hold the License Rights so it is not Warez.
eBAY quite often have OS/2 for sale....

great. thanks for the reply Walter. once i obtain a copy of the os.2 warp operating system, is it just a simple install, then load all oce 3165's softeware on my new 'dac'?

This is what I stated, which is not a definite OS/2 will install:
