oce 3165 dac does not boot. Need sy

I have a oce 3165 and the DAC does not boot up. I connected a monitor and rebooted the DAC and I get the following message. "A kernel file is missing from the disk. Insert a system diskette and reboot the system."
I do not have any system diskette. Can someone help me.
