No OS boot disk!

As you can see from the above title i dont have a system Boot disk, but want to install a new hard drive. How can I create one or get one (OS)in order to install the new H/D?

Thanks for the info on the site...but...I'm still lost, and I'm not even sure what I'm supposed to do when I visit the site, and other ideas of what to do, except vanish, would be gratefully appreciated guys
