Reply: (edit)I have the same requirement for ver.3 OS/2 and have been working on it for a week on and off. Some of the other postings in this forum have been helpful. I'm using MPTS and installing LAN Requester via TCP/IP. Got it all installed with no errors and am able to ping the NT Server. Still can't see anything on the server. If I get time this week I am going to try Telnet or FTP session. Will post resuts (if any). Good Luck!

Reply: (edit)Install the NetBIOS protocole on your OS/2 machine, so you can 'see' all shared ressources on the LAN. (I think this will work if your NT4 server use NetBEUI) ie "net view \\machine_name" will list all shared ressources from machine_name server. With the "net use" command you can assign a drive letter, peripherical (LPT) to these ressource

Reply: (edit)How do I get that Lan Requester you speak of? All I've got is TCP/IP. I added TCP/IP and Netbios over TCP/IP in MPTS but have no commands to execute any Netbios stuff. Thanks

Reply: (edit)I am trying to find a way to do a global find, from a Windows NT 4.0 machine, of all OS2 computers on my LAN. Something like Net View but have it do a global find of all computers on that Lan segment. Can anyone help. Thanks.
