I don't think you'll find that many drivers for v1.3, since NDIS 2.1 was only introduced after OS/2 V2.0 I believe. And I've never heard of a product like IBM TCP/IP for OS/2 1.3 (it does exist for OS/2 2.11). So, wish you goodluck, but don't think you'll be successfull :(

Well, I already found something here http://www.nic.funet.fi/index/os2/16bit/
The video drivers for Trident cards are there, games, utilities and also the Netware requester but unfortunately it is only for OS/2 version 1.2. It loads the ne2000 driver and ipx.sys but it stucks on nwreq.sys and nwifs.sys because of incorrect OS version. And I have serious doubts if there was from Novell any other version for 1.x than this. C'est la vie.
