Comment: I'm having a problem where our Netscape users lock up the entire OS/2 PC when trying to open .JPG files from a Novell server. It's nothing fancy; they use OS/2's Find Objects to locate the .JPG in the directories of .JPGs and when they find the one they want, they select it and Netscape opens the JPG for them. Or locks the whole PC up. One or the other; you takes your chances... Netscape is at the highest level for OS/2; OS/2 is warp 5 with all the fixpacks but individually applied fixes. We're not running out of swap space, there's 128mb of memory on the PCs. Converting to NT is not a great option because the OS/2 application they run works really well. Two PCs is a lousy approach, too. If anyone has resolved a similar problem, please let me know. thanks, john

Reply: (edit)Have you been to the Mozilla (OS/2) site/page and looked for any suggestions? Just out of curiousity why did you stop at Warp4 FixPak 5? Why not move up to FixPak 15 also? Add this line to your OS/2 config.sys SUPPRESSPOPUPS=C which should write a log of the trap or error to your 'C' Drive. Then you should be able to read the log afterwards and tell us what the error is. I would suggest going back to using Netscape 4.61 if you are unable to resolve the problem.
