Netfinity 5.2 won't install on WSeB

I recently got IBM Warp Server for e-Business. I'm trying to install Netfinity 5.2 which came on a CD with the server software. However, when I try to install, I get a SYS3175 error. The program running is NETFINST.exe and in the details is list TESTINS.DLL (NETFINST.exe own DLL) I've tried installing the latest fixpak, reinstalling the OS, trying both the UNI and SMP kernals... still get the same errors. Has anyone had this problem... any ideas?
