Comment: A while back someone asked for NET START command information. There is no actual OS/2 command, however under LAN Server Commands you can find out plenty of information for NET START. My mistake. Typically you invoke help information by typing 'HELP', and the subject at a command prompt. But in this case you have to look under LAN.
