Need os/2 software please help

OS: OS/2 2.3
CPU/Ram: Dual 166Mhz 16MB RAM
Comment:

I need the following and I cannot find them anywhere:

-TCP/IP Programmer's Development Kit
-IBM C Set/2

Both versions should be able to work at least under OS/2 2.1 as I have a later version of OS/2.

Is there any reason why you need IBM C SET/2? Is it possible to compile using a different compiler?

The TCPIP toolkit is found in the latest OS/2 development kit. It used to be separate. But, I think version 3 or so IBM put them together.
