i"am runing windows95 on80386 bios, when i boot up i get system configuration manager failed to run.some of your real-mode dervice drivers may not initialize properly,file is missing or corrupted type the name of the command interpreter(e.g.,c:\windows\command.com) how can i solve this problem iam can only get into a:\ i dont have a c:\prompt can i get some help

Just reinstall win95 over the top of your existing config.

I presume u have a rescue boot floppy disk.

Boot the pc as per normal until u get that screen telling u 'type the name of the command interpreter'

Put the boot floppy in & type this all in one go:
a:sys c:

then hit enter.

The hard drive should start whirring away & then u'll see the a:
Change this to c: & press ctrl-alt-delete & the pc will reboot
