Make a OS/2 floppy Bootable

I had two bootable disks with utilities on them. For safe keeping I copied the disks to a win98 machine. Well I lost the diskettes. When I copied the files back to floppy the floppies were no longer bootable. I could not find a command like "SYS A:" on the OS/2 hard drive. How do you do this? If you could e-mail the info to me I would be grateful.

use the Boot OS/2 program. File name:
btos2926.zip available at most OS/2 archive sites
