Lost Warp 4 CD

I bought Warp 4 back in 1999 from a company called Indelible Blue. I took Warp off my computer a few years ago and now need to run a OS/2 specific program but can't find my CD. Is there any way to get a replacement? I've spent about an hour on IBM's web site and came up empty. I've found my Warp for Windows CD, but can't get it to install. I keep getting a Trap 3 error.
