Is there any sensible reason why I can't login to my network at the primary domain controller without the backup domain controller running? The same is true in reverse. Can't log in at the BDC unless the PDC is running.
There are no obvious problems with the network other than this quirk. All services start. The NET.ACC is updated on both machines when they are on, and I have verified the synchronization to the best of my ability.
