OS/2 has an OMNI printer drive that might contain a few LEXMARK printer drivers. You may be able to use one of them, even if it is not your exact printer model. I have a cheap CANON BJC-1000 and it runs fine using the BJC-210 driver. Sometimes you can also run your printer in emulation mode using some other driver.
