I'm having problem on the IRQ conflict. The problem us the interrupt conflict on my pc card. Question is how to change the IRQ.

I really didn't understand what kind of conflict you're experiencing. Is it the usual COM1/2 x Fax-Modem Card?

yes .. i have an ISA modem worked fine , i put it in new computer and windows wont detect it..the slot works fine with my nic card..both com ports show ok in device mgr, modem says it uses irq3, no other device i see uses that one..i have ps2 mouse not serial..how can it not be detected at all?
