How can I set up OS/2 to connect to the internet through a router? In the Windows and Linux machines I simply put the router as gateway and nameserver. I also want to be able to connect to my LAN's webserver (thus local traffic should not go through the router).
OS/2's LAN settings are confusing me...

All config is set on file located on your startup disk (C by default) on directory \MPTN\BIN. File name is SETUP.CMD
Edit this file By command E Setup.cmd
You must found something like :
REM This commands erase Route & Arp table
route -fh
arp -fRem this command set your adapter adress
ifconfig lan0 172.16.9.13 netmask 255.255.255.0Rem this command set your gateway
route add default 194.78.102.65 1Rem this command needed to forward IP packed !!!
ipgate on
It may be configurated by PM on OS2 system folder MPTN setup.

I do nothing as far as I know. I use the TCP/IP stack 4.3 and the settings are minimal. DHCP takes care of the server as far as I know. I also have a router, just connected it. Probably this will not help you, but I don't think it has to be that complicated.
