I'm trying to install os2 on a virtual machine in vmware 6. I need the install disk. I have the disk 1 and disk 2, the updated ones, but from reading online, there is another disk thats is used before these...

Yes it is, the installdisk doesn't have to be updated. You could make one through your W4 CD-disk. Run cdinst.cmd or cdinst.bat(on a Win-system) and see to that you have a floppy disk inserted. This make three disks but as you have the other two you only need the first one. Also try www.os2world.com

Well, I was able to get the disks from someone on another forum... but now I ahve anouther problem.

I tried to install it on a NEC Ready System 9625. 200MHz, 96MB Ram, 2.5gig hard drive. Everytime I went to install it on a partision bigger then 175MB it came up with an error. so I had to make two partisions, one 175MB and one that took the rest of the drive, then it installed. But there was only about 12mb free after it was installed on the 175mb partision...

Is there a way to install it on a bigger partision?
