Yes this is possible, Make an direktory like X:\OS2INST on your harddisk. Copy all your OS/2 floppy's / CD to this directory. (XCOPY A:*.* X:\OS2INST /S/E/H/T/R/O ) Change the CONFIG.SYS on the instalation floppys: search for SET INSTALLPATH or so. SET INSTALLPATH = X:\OS2INST
It work. I've done this because one of my floppys get nearly unreadable by the installation.

If your info states: 386 on 20 mb drive, you might want to use OS/2 Warp v2.X because Warp 3.0 will need more space... and performance will be crap!

No! I have changed CONFIG.SYS like that; SET INSTALLPATH = D:\OS2INST
but it doesnt work. Os/2 always require the os/2 cd from cd driver.
Do you have any different thing, how i can install os/2 from hdd without any problem ?
