How do you install this NIC on these systems? It says it cant find the drivers on the floppy no matter how I organize them? I am using intels drivers from the net? Thanks

You'll have to run MPTS and configure.
What kind of DDPack version are you running, I think that if you have ddpk2 installed the NIC should be listed therefore the drivers already into the system.
