install CD-Romdrive after OS/2 installation

Comment:
How do I install CD-Rom drive support in Warp 4 after Warp 4 has been installed? Selective install asks for the OS/2 CD before the support can be installed, but of course cannot find the drive. I do'nt want to reinstall OS/2, because of the presence of a pretty tricky network setup. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You would need the following entries in config.sys: DEVICE=C:\OS2\BOOT\OS2CDROM.DMD /Q IFS=C:\OS2\BOOT\CDFS.IFS /W /Q DEVICE=C:\OS2\MDOS\VCDROM.SYS BASEDEV=IBMIDECD.FLT
Of course, if you can access your CD-Rom under another OS, you can just copy the disk image directories to your hard drive. Depending on your network setup, how about going remotely to a CD drive on another computer?

Thanks for the advice. I will try the config.sys additions first. It may be possible to try and access from the server.
