What are the main differences between the IBM's warp and eComStation's version? I am trying to decide on one of them. I hear eComStation is coming out with an improved version of 1.2 within 2 weeks.

The eComstation version from Serenity Software is licensed from IBM, but within certain limitations they have basically added better support for newer technology.

IBM do not support OS/2, so yes the newer version makes sense:
