First thing: Win2K and NT don't share the same driver structure which means
the driver that works for NT could very well not work under Win2K.A driver that works fairly well to access HPFS under NT4 is pinball.sys that
was shipped with NT4 ver 3.5 and not included anymore. Over time, it has
become a little obsolete for writing but, so far, only get minor errors when getting
back in OS/2. This driver has been reported to not work under Win2k.As for accessing NTFS under OS/2, I don't know of any driver that permits
both read and write. I know there exists a driver to access NTFS from DOS
that is commercial but don't know if it could be used by DOS sessions under
OS/2. One also needs to make sure it is compatible with both versions of
NTFS. In other words, in NT4 when you also have Win2k that has converted
your NTFS partitions, you can't run CHKDSK under NT4 but need to boot
Win2k to do it. I heard there was a workaround for this but have not tried it.There is a driver on Hobbes,
http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/system/drivers/filesys/ntfs_003.zip that
does have limitations. I have had some success with it. IIRC it can
read and write, but was not capable of multiple files or wildcards.
