HP 690c drivers can be found at http://service.software.ibm.com/os2ddpak/ html/index.htm once you are in expand printers then expand the HP cat there you will find what you are looking for

Some HP printers like the Deskjet 840C have only drivers for Parallel port connections, however you will find that you can network connect from a Win2K client to a Win2K server hosting the 840C as a printer. Haven't figured out a way to connect other clients though. It is noted in the HP Deskjet documentation if network printing is supported or not supported.
