I need to network and os2 system to a winnt peer to peer network with a coulple on win98 machines on it.
I have done very little with os2 so if anyone could give even a hint as were to begin that would be helpful

There are several ways to go depending on how elaborate you want to get.

First, be sure OS/2 has either NetBios or NetBios over TCP/IP configured (use Adapters and Protocol Services a.k.a. MPTS). NetBios is simpler but sometimes nt wants more, so then use NetBios over TCP/IP.

Second, run Configure/Install OS/2 Peer and define your NetBios Domain name, computer name, etc. OS/2 can handle multiple domains but m$ handles only one.

Test it by ping from OS/2 to nt and then vice-versa.

Next make something shared on OS/2 using "Shared Resources and Network Connections".

Test this with "net view \\"
