We have an OS/2 PC partially networked to our NT server. We want to enable disk sharing on the OS/2 PC and we know how to do it, but no one here can remember the password for the privileged account. Does anyone know how to hack in to your own PC, or do we have to reinstall OS/2?

It's a lot easier than you thought.

1. Use os/2 boot disk or installation disks 0 & 1 to get to OS/2 prompt.
2. go to primary (root)
3. type: cd os2
4. type: makeini os2.ini lock.rc

reboot and no lockup screen.
