Hello Matthew,
first you have to make yourself some installation CDs by running cdinst from the cd (you can do this under DOS). Then you'll have to update the disks. For this, go to http://service.software.ibm.com/os2ddpak/html/miscellb/index.htm, click on "OS/2 Warp" and get the file behind "Greater Than 8.4GB IDE Hardfile Support". Unpack the thing and immerse yourself in the readmes... Back? Good! If all this doesn't help you, hop over to http://os2.miningco.com/compute/os2/library/weekly/topicmenu.htm There's a bunch of newbie info there.
Good luck and please post feedback.
