Comment:
Hi everybody! I have a question for you, how can i get informations in OS/2 about my hardware? You know, processor, amount of RAM, installed devices etc...
You can download and use the utility SysInfo from the Russian OS/2-site, or for memory you can use the utility kTastManager, which will not only run on eCS, but also on OS/2 Warp (CP). And there is still the OS/2 device manager in the Configuration folder. Greetz, JB NB/ Should you want a listing of OS/2-compatible HW, see www.jonasbuys.easynet.be/os2chl.txt
I have dowloaded the sysinfo utility but i don't understand how it works. The file zip contains two folder (T3 and T4) and some system files I suppose. Please help me!!! (sorry for my bad english)
Read the docs. Use SYSINFO.EXE in the T4 folder if you have loaded the Theseus 4 driver. If you only have the Theseus 3 driver use the executable in the T3 folder. Cheers.
