Comment:

I have an IBM motherboard with integrated sound and would like to know if there are generic OS/2 sound card drivers I can use so I would be able to play wav audio, etc.. IBM doesn't make any OS/2 specific sound drivers for this system (go figure) so could I use one of the drivers that come with the system or are there some to download?
FYI: My system is an IBM (PC 300PL) 6584-A1U P3-733 system. The only info it gives about the onboard sound is AC97.
Thanks.

I recall seeing something along those lines just a few weeks ago on hobbes.nmsu.edu. Try a search fo AC97 there.
