The latest version is eComstation which has greater support for modern hardware:

Thats something I have been unable to find, my suggestion is the Warp4 to eComstation update, this will give you USB and JAVA and Open Office support.......

I live in the UK and when was using Warp3/4 bought from MENSYS:

FixPak 15 for OS/2 Warp 4 upgrades it to 4.5.

http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/system/patches/fixpack/warp_4/fp15.zip

Apparently that file includes the fixpak and the tools needed to install it, but I haven't tried it myself... hopefully using this you can avoid installing it the difficult, painfully slow old-fashioned way involving floppy disks like I did! I can describe how to do it that way if needed.

If you need a program to unzip it with:

http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/util/archiver/uzs550x2.exe - command-line unzip tool (self-extracting file)

There is a fixpak 17, but it's only available through a (expensive) paid subscription service. However, as other people have said, if you're serious about using OS/2 you might want to look at eComStation.

http://blogs.msdn.com/virtual_pc_guy/archive/2005/01/13/352307.aspx - installing Fixpak 15 and Virtual Machine Addons on Virtual PC - I know this isn't what you're trying to do but still, these instructions might be of some use.

I have just done installed warp 4 and upgraded it to ver 4.5 in the last week

one thing to note (at least for me)
I did all of my commands (unzip/ install)useing an os/2 window (like a dos prompt as it didn't work any other way - I am very new to OS/2)

as nimbus says

grab the file
http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/system/patches/fixpack/warp_4/fp15.zip
and something to unzip it with (make sure you unzip it in to a seperate directory)

Read the readme file as it is a step by step guide to installing the file (fp15),

and then run the install command

Hello,
you can get the FixPak files from IBM too.

Its name is XR_M015 (16 and 17 are for suscriber users). They are lot of diskette image with their diskette tool for installing.

You can unpak the file files using LOADDSKF (within the diskette tool) or use WINIMAGE (from Windows).

Installing fixpak you can upgrade from 4.0 to 4.5 (convenience pak is for suscriber users).
