locate the CMOS battery on your mother board..unplug it for about 1 minute(this will earase all pass words) then put it back in and start your computer.its that easy...good luck

Sorry folks if you noticed he said Windoz XP password not bios password (removing the battery). The fix: either reformat and reinstall after backing up data or my answer is load OS/2

Goto safe mode and login as Administrator and then follow this path:-
Start>Control Panel>User Accounts... Click on your username and change Password:- Give a new password. It will not ask you for the old one. It will work.......... Believe me.
