I have been trying to apply fixpack 13 but once the files have been unlocked and the system reboots it hangs with the white rectangle os/2. Does anyone know what is happening and / or how to resolve this?

Fix 13 was a notorious problem fixpak. 14
or 15 are better. I prefer to stay at 12.
There are new kernels from 13 on.
