Is there a solution to upgrade the old Warp 3 Connect TCP/IP stack from the Internet Access Kit with a newer one at least v.4.x? I do know about the subscription payment option, but I am looking for a free solution. Looked at the options in WarpUpdate International, but money required again. I have a perfectly legal OS/2 Warp that I used back in 1994-95 and now would like to port some good software that should work on all OS/2 versions with full TCP/IP support. I am an independent developer. Any hints on a solution?

2. OPERATING SYSTEMS SUPPORTED

This version of TCP/IP 4.3 can only be installed only on

o OS/2 WARP Server for e-business.

o OS/2 Warp 4.0.

o OS/2 Warp Server 4.0.

This is a direct extract from readme.txt in the latest TCPIP package for OS/2 Warp.
So answer: impossible, try downloading older fixes from free FP's download site...

Warped X-Mas greetings, JB/2.
