Error Loading OS

CPU/Ram: 256 MB
Comment:

When I changed my old hard disk 6.0 GB by
hard disk 20.4 (Quantum).
First I formatted my new HD with system.
so I replaced my old HD and
when I turn the computer on I recieved
this message :

Error Loading OS

Hi Ivan. You may need to rest your hdd bios
settings.

Hi, I have the same error message appering on my startup, however i did not change my hdd or change any programs on my pc. I just turned the power on and all-of-the-sudden "Error Loading OS".
Please help.
i have very vital data I need that is saved on my hdd.
