hello,
find a page in IBM (or using google to find it) called
"how to make warp & windows 95 & boot manager work"
it may be helpful for you.forgive my english.

try to use windowsNT or windows2000 boot loader to make the duelboot.
youcan do:
step1:creative a bootable volume install your os/2 system.the volume MUST BE A FAT.
step2:install windowsNT or windows 2000 and end it when 1st restart.
step3:use partition tool create a volume as bootable.active it,and install windows98 on it.
step4:boot into windows98 you installed run debug tool and use it load your MBR to a file, named it "win.ld" (without"").put it to your OS/2 root.
step5:open your "boot.ini" which in OS/2 root volume, add line to end as :
modify the "default=..." line to "default=C:\"
C:\win.ld="Microsoft Windows 98 "
delete the line which contant "windows2000"
active your OS/2 volume. reboot.
and you have done.
