I plan to have some shared directory to OS/2 with Windows NT. Does OS/2 support NFS protocl ? If it does where can I get any documentation ?

Yes, it does support, atleast on my OS/2 WSeB. There might be a NFS daemon/server for Warp or eCS.
I have found that if you install the networking portion and create a share on OS/2, other Windows machine can see it.

Can I share it in the other round ? Let OS/2 save or copy files over to directory in a Windows machine directory.

You can do that also, you will need to make sure you can browse or net share from OS/2 to your other machines. This is done with the NETBIOS over TCP/IP OS/2 protocol.
Don't forget the permissions for RWX
There are resources over the web that will show you this information. I did a search on Google for "OS/2 and network"
Summary: A system has just crossed my desk and had boot record problems... The person then grabbed a WIN98 bot disk and did a "sys a: c:" command to replace the system on the disk.. the problem is IT WAS AN OS...
